A lot of you ask me about our push up sequence...should you push through them on the toes with semi-bad form or should you drop to your knees? I say if you've been on your knees for a while and you're getting good flexion with the elbows and the pelvis remains in tuck, kick it up a notch and go to the toes. You just have to push through it. Yes, it's going to hurt, but as the old saying goes (and in this case it's true)...no pain no gain!

nice back. also of note, there is a saying that your uncle taught me,
"No Pain, No Pain!"
