Consistency is the most essential piece of training. Many clients are "all-in" one month and then "all-out" for two months and then back again. It's the vicious "cream puff" cycle.
The all or nothing mentality is the worst thing that you can do (or be/have) and there is no such thing as a "quick fix" with any fitness regime. If you can just strive to make being fit a part of your life and everyday routine, you will see huge results over a 6-12 month time!




So true! I took this whole month off because of a beyond-busy schedule, and instead of going a few days here and there, I just stopped. It's not looking good on me. I can't wait to get back into the normal cycle again and continue to make this part of my daily schedule. Thanks Lauren!
