So many people have a dangerous mindset and are susceptible to the "I exercised today, so I can eat whatever I want" mentality. That can be a huge problem AND may very well be the only reason why those last few pounds won't budge. Say you're working moderately-intensively in your high mini class and burn about 400 calories--that's about the equivalent of a large soy latte and a banana. Shocking, huh?
Sorry, but this mind-set won't work especially if you're only working it out about twice a week. Next, i'll tell you what to eat on the days that you exercise so you stay lean and mean.
