I always tell people that Lithing is not only a great (and super fast) way to get your best body ever, but it's really a fun workout. Take it from someone who loves to move, but always hated the gym. Annie's email below, inspired me to write on the topic of fads. I have recently heard people and press referring to Lithe as a "fad," or a "craze" (it kinda is a craze, because it works and those who love it are crazy about it).
Lithe is unique but one thing that Lithe is NOT is a Fad or a cult--(I've heard that from many husbands!). Why? It's a program that works. We keep it fresh and classes level'd properly for our Lithers. And Lithe has staying power--The average Lither has been Lithing for more than a year and I can promise you that due to my passion for Lithe, the team and I will always keep it fresh and AHEAD of all the fad's and trends out there. We've only been around for 4 years but we're here to stay!

Lauren, Just wanted to say thanks for this awesome program! I notoriously hate exercise and when my friend encouraged me to do this, I thought it would just be another fad for me and then I would forget it. Well I love it so much! The small classes are awesome ( I kind of feel like a celebrity) I really enjoy every class I have taken so far, and I have to say, if I didn't do the immersion I would not be enjoying it as much as I do- even the 3 I took helped. I can feel myself getting back into shape!! Thanks for everything, just wanted to say that, exercise is finally fun for me! I can't wait for more classes to come to Ardmore!
