ANNE FALASCO.

 

One of my favorite things about my job and about Lithe is that we grow and train our instructors from within.  It's our students that know the method, are passionate about Lithe and are strong enough to go through teacher training and actually teach. For me, there's nothing like watching someone transform from student to new instructor to a seasoned instructor, over time. Its so rewarding to empower women through strength and fitness within our community. I truly love it!

How'd she land a spot on the Lithe Team?:  Anne has been Lithing for quite a long time.  She's happy, funny, edgy, down to earth, non-threatening, beautiful inside and out, helpful, spirited and loves a challenge. 

She pushes, works hard all the time and she's committed. To be honest, I've gotten quite a few emails from people interested in Lithe because they "want arms like Anne's." She's a great billboard for all that we stand for, a great role-model and I love that she rocks those blond streaks at her corporate day job!

What you wouldn't know by just looking at her: She is 35, has a younger brother, Joe, She's versatile and smart:  She graduated from Loyola University in MD with an art history degree and worked her way into the dot.com world into engineering and then to business development BUT her dream is to own a farm someday!
