We all eat salad and sushi wrapped in nori (seaweed), but beyond that most people don't know what to do with it. I love seaweed and I buy it often (You can get it at Whole Foods or any Asian market) and brown it in the oven with salt as a lite snack. It has a plethora of health benefits and virtually no calories unlike potato chips.
Seaweed has a wonderful, normalizing effect on the thyroid, it stabilizes blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, and seaweed promotes a healthy intestinal tract. And the best nutritional aspect is, however, that various cancers among those that regularly consume seaweed are extremely low. Eat your Ocean veggies, girls!

I use a seaweed mask on my face and I LOVE the way my skin feels after it.
