Before I left for Jamaica this morning, I realized that I almost forgot to post in more detail about our two fantastic lines of clothing that we have just started to carry at Rittenhouse. I promised that I would.

I've been talking about combining my two passions for years: fitness (Lithe Method) and fashion.  Over the last year, I've been weaving the two together through our wrap star series at Lithe:  Hot Legs, Cinch and a third...coming in December! 

I'm in workout gear all the time and my active, busy, dynamic lifestyle leads me from the mat to meetings back to the barre and then to teaching, dinner and the bar.  I love when I find a line that can crossover, "stretch" and really take me from studio to street without looking like a sweaty, schleppy mess.

What do I reach for in my closet?  Colors that enhance my mood, convertible styles and fits that are so comfortable and flattering that you forget your insecurities. Black, white, navy and gray basics, well-made pieces that last, eco-fabrics like Bamboo, banana and cotton and unique pieces that empower and inspire-And that you won't see on everyone.
