Can't make it to Melt or want/need more one-on-one? Starting next week you can book your Body Booster appointment with Tif online on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rittenhouse and she can melt your pain and tightness away in a half hour or 1 hr session ($50 for a half hour and $85 for an hour).
I highly recommend before or after class...Remember that this is true bodywork--It isn't any ordinary massage and results last for weeks (I'll post more on Body Boosters in a bit)!
