...SLOWLY. Once January hits, old Lither's come out of the woodwork, and everyone likes to really kick it up a notch. By mid-month we always have a full house.
We're always giving you what you need and our January classes tend to be more cardiovascular and intense so that you can melt that hard earned fat off your muscles. With that said, if you fell off the wagon back in Thanksgiving (or before then), please start back in an appropriately leveled class and modify when you need to.
