I love Lithe Method Cinch®. I wear my Lithe Haramaki to add an extra layer and warm my middle even when I'm not on the mat. We are now carrying Lithe Method Cinch Maki's ($25) at Rittenhouse and Northern Liberties. They're selling out in stripes, but we have black and other colors coming back in stock asap.
Grab one and Cinch with Nicole on Wednesdays at 7PM at Northern Liberties or with me on Saturdays at 8:30 AM at Rittenhouse!

Are you able to take the Cinch class w/out the wrap? Do you need it? thx!

Cinch is a very slow and very controlled class. It's no high mini! I created the workout to be done with your middle wrapped and 'cinched' in by that extra fabric (its kind of like taking hot legs without the hot legs...definitely not the same workout intensity-wise). Without the Cinch band, you lose the abdominal awareness and the sweat factor, but sure, you can absolutely still take the class! I have heard some people say that it's the same with or without the band. Trust me, it's not!
