ASK THE INSTRUCTOR! 9 Apr 2010
Hi Lauren!
What class is best suited to reach the high chest/high arm/shoulder region? I've been doing a lot of abs/core classes (traditionally my trouble spot), but there's another spot I sort of feel like I can't quite reach, no matter what I do: The spot where my upper arm meets shoulder, and the very top of my body--front and back-- where my chest and core sort of meet my arms. My arms themselves are in pretty good shape, so I have only taken a couple arm-focused classes like Wings or Armistice. But I'd like to tone that area. (Does that make sense?) And which class do you think would work best for that? Wings?? Thanks, C
Hey C!
Both wings and Armistice are fantastic for targeting the arms and shoulders. Wings hits everything from the biceps to the waist/lower lat, but we really hone in on the jiggly back of the arm/back with the help of our little 1 lb friends.Arm-istice fatigues the entire length of the arm (shoulder to forearm) and tones the skin, but does not focus on your particular trouble spot directly.
I highly recommend using our band system-It defines the armpit, dynamically works the shoulder girdle AND works the rhomboids and trapezius isometrically while stretching pectoralis minor and major. You'll be in a tube-top shape in no time flat!

Thanks for the positive feedback, love this class. Great for SBP, a key pre-summer wing sculpter!!!
