Wanna get the most out of Lithe? Eat well and take some Cardiovascular 'Zone' advice from SELF magazine. Walking to the studio is a Zone 1 and most Lithe classes range between a 2-3. Depending on how hard you're working, most Skinny Jeans/Sculpt/Waist Not type classes are in the Zone 2/2.5 range. Our high cardio classes will be in the 3 zone (think Higher Power, Split, Fat-Free, Hotstepper, Twiggy, Thigh High, High Mini & Hot Legs).
