I'm beyond excited. We all know that Lithe is a special workout that needs Lithe-specific gear: Pants that breathe and can tie high on the leg so you don't trip or get overheated at the barre or bands. Bra tops that support but don't squeeze your rib cage or flatten you-yet look great under those off the shoulder tops & tanks. Gloves with padding around the thumb joint and "shoes" that protect the balls of our feet but aren't so cushy that we negate the benefits of barefoot training.
I've been working on Cocoon for a while, and it wasn't until I met Lither, Bela Shehu, did this studio-to-street, eco-chic, high performance clothing line really begin to become a reality. I'll be posting more details about Cocoon soon...Stay tuned!
