I get a lot of questions about what to eat to get the most out of Lithe. I believe that diet is 85% of weight loss and feeling great.
Every Saturday I stock up at the Northern Liberties Farmers Market and on Sunday I cook up a storm for the work week so that I save time, avoid processed foods, keep calories in check and temptation at bay. Each Sunday (I'll try for more), I'll shoot and document some meals to inspire you to eat more healthily!
Here was breakfast and dinner (lunch was a big, green salad, I also had an apple with almond butter for my mid-afternoon snack and Sweet Freedom for dessert): 1/2 Gluten free bagel (I salt them a little) with Alaskan Nova Lox, Tofutti cream cheese, organic tomatoes and cucumbers. For Dinner I made vegan mushroom barley soup and homemade grilled veggie burgers wrapped in butter lettuce leaves.
Remember that you're driving the bus! Don't let your other half or your kids hold you back from eating healthy-These meals are delicious and will last you until Wednesday at least!
