Pregnant women are advsed not to jump on rebounders, so I've been living through you guys...I'm dying to take this class! Spirit is the first workout that I've created & choreographed and never practiced or experienced for myself, so I'm so glad that it's getting rave reviews! Some of you are calling it the most fun and favorite Lithe Method workout of all time.
Why is Spirit such a phenomenal workout? By staying low and working against two forces: The band system's force via resistance from above and G-Force from the rebounder below. Rebounding is not only fun, it offers tremendous health benefits and is touted by NASA as one of the most efficient and effective exercises that we can do. Spirit and Hipster are such challenges and such fun! Each program is so well thought through and intense in exercising the whole body...love it!

This is hands down one of my most fave classes to teach. It's fun, it's different, it flies by, and everybody is loving it. It is so user friendly, so don't be afraid to try it.
The band/rebounder combo is brilliant. You are getting cardio, ab work, and mega upper body work all in on. Not to mention a serious leg work out simply from creating resistance between you and the rebounder.
This class is such a good full body work out.

It's great all rounder and one of the most fun classes I think; reminds me of trampolining as a kid.... love those tuck and star jumps! :) The ab series with the bands is always effective too.
I really like taking this Monday morning.. "springs" me into my work week :)

I love this class too! Such an amazing all over work-out and the ab series in the beginning is the best!
