Pregnant women are advsed not to jump on rebounders, so I've been living through you guys...I'm dying to take this class! Spirit is the first workout that I've created & choreographed and never practiced or experienced for myself, so I'm so glad that it's getting rave reviews! Some of you are calling it the most fun and favorite Lithe Method workout of all time.
Why is Spirit such a phenomenal workout? By staying low and working against two forces: The band system's force via resistance from above and G-Force from the rebounder below.
