Nice to hear from another 50 something woman who loves Lithe. I know exactly how you feel in class. These women are fabulous!! Keep up the good work Linda and I hope to meet you in class soon!

Linda, I also am a lither (3 years now and yes I am addicted) who will be turning 50 this year. I agree with Susie, the women and instructors are unique and they are very special to me. You actually feel like you are part of a big happy family.

I would never guess you are in your 50's Linda, never. You have a great attitude. All your hard work has paid off. I miss you. Let's coordinate classes together in between your jetting off here and there!
