PROPER LUNGE FORM. 7 Oct 2011

Lunge Form

For fantastic results, remember to focus on your form when you're at the barre!  Check out Carrie demonstrating improper lunge form on the left and proper lunge form on the right. First and foremost, make sure you're not too far away from the barre.  Stay vertical, keep your shoulders depressed, arms long, heart lifted, ribs aligned over hips, pelvis and spine neutral and knee directly under hip.
