Looking out the window during class?  Thinking about work?  Clear your head and move closer to the front of the room if you feel yourself zoning out during class.

It is amazing how well the front of the room trick works - I do it all the time to make sure the only thing I am thinking of is the class at hand. Although, in the more choreography heavy Lithe classes, having a few people in front of me is really helpful since Lithers all seem to be so much more coordinated than I am!
