LITHE SPIRIT! 26 Apr 2012
In my opinion, this is one Lithe workout that is so underrated. Lithe's Spirit is unique, so effective and it's quintessentially Lithe. Tough AND Fun is what we do best. CCS on the mat, tuck jumps, star explosions, marios...You'll burn at least 700 calories and smile the entire time. Want to know more? Read Sayeh's take on it!
I sat in on Carrie's 11:00AM Wednesday Spirit at Old City and the room was on fire! LM2 Reggae Dancehall (Collie's Bermuda Mix Tape (Defend Your Own) and Assasin's Don't Like You (Applause Riddim) are two of my faves) was blasting and all the girls were working their butts off (literally).

I'm DYING to try Spirit, but it hasn't been at a time yet when I can go. Bring it to the right-after-work 4:30-6 timeframe, please?? =D

I did not know her name until today, Danielle Ingerman, the blonde girl, I have watched her in class ... man is she strong, motivated and motivating! I have been wondering since last summer when is she becoming a Lithe Instructor?? Danielle you are inspiring! :)

Hands down, my favorite class! Super challenging and an awesome full body workout. Great action shots!

Pam, funny you say that. I usually don't spill the beans about instructors, but Danielle recently auditioned again and is currently in instructor training. She'll be teaching in about 4 months on the Main Line!

OMG Spirit is the real deal! I hit the anaerobic zone with any of the cardio classes, but Spirit spikes my heart rate to 180 every time. A major workout! But so fun too!

Amanda, yes, it's red line zone all the way!

Carrie's Spirit is by far the best Lithe class. Incredibly tough, yet so fun!

I take spirit whenever I can, which is only once ever few months. Its fun but its HARD, I swear I spend more time drinking water/wiping off my face!

Wish I could do Spirit but I'm pregnant. I miss it!! Such a fun workout!

Ranks as my favorite class at Lithe - it's so fun, so tough but so rewarding. I literally feel slimmer for days after all that crazy toning and sweating. And of course, I love taking it with Carrie!!

You know, maybe I'll have to give this a chance... Rebounder workouts make me nervous, I am positive that I'll twist an ankle/knee or go flying off. But if I can occasionally survive Far Free, I can probably do Spirit, right?

*Fat Free. :-P

Spirit is aptly named and is my most challening, favorite class. Love it.

I know it's hard because it's a smaller studio but please bring weekend Spirit back to RH!! Pretty please with a cherry on top!

I love spirit but haven't been able to take it in forever because of scheduling. I second the vote for an after work time slot (especially 6:30 or 7 pm in Old City!!!!!)
