Thanks for posting these! Have you considered putting them up in the studios? The day after this was posted, I took a class in which a Lither arrived late (by at least 10 minutes), checked her cell phone repeatedly during class, and left early without wiping down her mat or putting her weights away. I think I was a wee bit sensitive on the subject that day — I'd literally just read your post! — but of course not everyone reads the fithiphealthy blog. Just a thought!
