NYC, you’ve been waiting a long time for Lithe...
I’m thrilled to announce that we’re bringing our Fit Hip Healthy lifestyle to 32 West. 18 St. this fall! Our flagship studio is located on the ground floor of the beautifully constructed, historic Altair 18 building just off Fifth Avenue in my favorite part of the city- the vibrant intersection of the Flatiron District and Chelsea.
Our 4,200 sq ft. NYC Lithe will include two fresh, modern, authentic and optimistic studio spaces (we'll be opening with our long-awaited, all NEW patented Higher Power Band System which allows for so many new ways to "fly”), locker rooms, showers and retail space stocked with our lean, local and seasonal Lithe Foods and Lithe Wear clothing.
Thanks for being so patient! I'll keep you all updated on our progress right here on the blog.
So exciting and what a killer location! Right near Bloom Beauty Lounge (my favorite salon in NYC) and a quick jaunt to Pure Food & Wine. Can't wait to check it out when I visit.

I'm moving to NYC at the end of the year! So happy that lithe will be there to help transition me! Very, Very excited to check out the new studio, its sounds amazing!

Congrats on the upcoming opening of the Lithe Studio! NYC will definitely embrace this GREAT way of working out! Hopefully, I'll be in NYC before the end of the year so I can experience The Lithe Method!
