
You've been asking for a healthy, grab n' go, Lithe-centric "liquid detox" and we're delivering! Ladies, here's your LIQUID LITHE. No need to pre-order, ship, or pay over $42; just grab from our in-studio fridges! Many of you have been piecing together your own liquid day(s) for months now and have been raving about it. I have to be honest, I don't love the thought of going just juice (all day) while Lithing.
I've always said that our workout truly demands more than juice. So, while I don't think that juice fasts or cleanses should be an every day part of healthy, Lithe-friendly eating, I have personally benefited from a day of all (or nearly all) liquids -- though, the liquids I choose are more nutritionally varied and dense than just juice!
Follow the diagram above and piece together your own Liquid Lithe. Here's my current favorite line-up (with an additional kale salad added in) as example:

#2 ("morning boost"): Lithe Greenie
#3 ("lunch"): Basic Green Smoothie
#4 ("afternoon boost"): Lithe Greenie
#5 ("dinner"): Horchata + Kale Salad

TOTAL = 1,271 Calories, 31g Fat, 197g Carbs (26g Fiber), 34g Protein
Our Lithe Foods are, by design, cleansing & detoxifying, especially our drinks (juices, smoothies, shakes, & kale salads). Combining them together for a day or two of Liquid Lithe is great for really giving you a good kick in the buns and resetting your eating patterns. I've also used Liquid Lithe as a pre-cursor to our Detox Plan.
