yes yes!! I'm new to Lithe but not to intense workouts, and I'm totally foggy after. I was just thinking about this last night. I think it's probably a combo of muscle exhaustion and oxygen high from method breathing.

I love that! I always call it a Lithegasm... about 15 minutes after class is over, I get a rush of endorphins—and sometimes giggles!
It was super strong when I first started Lithing, and now it's basically the part of my day when I suddenly feel "right." I've noticed that if I go a day or two without Lithing (and Lithegasming) then my overall mood and attitude deteriorates rapidly until I get back to class.
(*cough* I can quit any time I want, I swear. :-P)
