Your brain on Lithe

Some of you have been telling me how good/funny/weird you feel post-lithe.  One of my favorite Lithers, Emily Gerstell, shared her brain on lithe after a sweaty Tight End on Wednesday at Rittenhouse.  What does that post-class haze feel like to you?  We wanna know!

yes yes!! I'm new to Lithe but not to intense workouts, and I'm totally foggy after. I was just thinking about this last night. I think it's probably a combo of muscle exhaustion and oxygen high from method breathing.

I'm in a post-Lithe catharsis (thank you OC action figure!) #atotalhigh #helloendorphins

I love that! I always call it a Lithegasm... about 15 minutes after class is over, I get a rush of endorphins—and sometimes giggles!

It was super strong when I first started Lithing, and now it's basically the part of my day when I suddenly feel "right." I've noticed that if I go a day or two without Lithing (and Lithegasming) then my overall mood and attitude deteriorates rapidly until I get back to class.

(*cough* I can quit any time I want, I swear. :-P)
