Skinny Jeans, one of our classic Lithe workouts is still one of my favorite ways to tighten, tone and mold the body Lithe. If you're not taking a Skinny Jeans, Sculpt or Split once a week, make sure you do! It keeps the body balanced, strong and it's the foundation for all that we do. I debuted an awesome new (it's actually a re-do of an original from 2008) lineup on Tuesday at 12:15pm at Lithe Old City and the girls killed it! Check out some of the images above.

I revisited Skinny Jeans on Saturday and noticed some differences in the barre routine - man, I was feelin' it all day! Loved it.

OMG, that class was ridiculous last week, I definitely felt it during and afterwards on the bike ride home..A great workout indeed.
