DANIELLE INGERMAN. 19 Sep 2012
From: Bryn Mawr, PA
Favorite City: It’s got to be Stowe, Vermont. I haven’t been to that many places (although I’m working on it) but Stowe is really where my boyfriend and I fell in love 4 years ago. His parents have owned a condo there for 25 years, and when we go there to get away it’s like our own little oasis. All the food is locally sourced, farmer’s markets in the summer, heavy snows and fires in the winter, it’s so peaceful and amazing!
Enjoys: Eating, cooking (and eating what I cook), spending time with my friends and family, singing!, dancing to exhaustion, snuggling with my kitties (Pastrami and Mowgli), walking around the city and exploring new parts (every time!) with my boyfriend, cake (yes, all kinds), gigantic fleece sweatpants, teaching!, and obviously lithe-ing.
Favorite Lithe Exercise: It’s a tie between toe-touches on the rebounder and plyos with the bands, It makes me feel like I can fly!
Favorite Lithe Workout: Oof, this one is hard. I can’t choose- it’s either Spirit, Pom, or Barlesque. All of them are just so fun and tough! I can’t help but smile when I’m taking them!
Other Job: student and hopefully Graduate student by 2013! Fingers crossed
How'd she land a spot on the Lithe team?: Danielle is so fearless and fun! She has strength, personality, passion and she's persistant and committed. When she didn't make the first round of instructor audtions I knew that she'd practice, come back and blow us away. And, she did!
What you wouldn't know just by looking at her: I grew up on the Main Line, and even though I live close-by in the city, I am always taken aback by how beautiful it is each time I go back home. My boyfriend Aaron and I have been together for 4 years, he’s a really great guy. We are only 24, and are practically growing up together, it’s pretty cool (most of the time). I always loved (and still do) to sing and dance, my mom always called me a “ham” growing up. When I was 13 she secretly submitted my rendition of “Nobody’s Supposed to be Here” by Deborah Cox to Q102 for their Philly Idol contest- I performed and won the contest, opened for Jingle Ball and continued to perform until I started college. After college I entered culinary school where I hoped to explore my love of food as a profession. When I worked in the industry I saw how fat-laden (although still delicious) many dishes were and decided I couldn’t go down that route. I am now completing classes in order to begin a Graduate degree in Nutrition so I can educate others on how to be fit.hip.healthy! I am an animal FREAK, if I could I would buy a big farm in Vermont, save all the animals I can, create my own baby lithe studio and cook, cuddle animals and lithe all day long. What a dream!

Danielle is awesome! She is a tiny, little, energetic, fireball of motivation. She cues you perfectly so you remember form but doesn't let you slack off a bit. The second you feel like giving up, she summons up this fun yet demanding and powerful command and poof your back in the game.
