FALL DETOX FAVES! 24 Oct 2012
Two weeks ago I did our Fall/Winter Detox plan and loved it. As usual it helped re-energize, re-set healthy eating patterns, and I lost 4 lbs which is always a bonus. What I love most about our detox is that you can have your cake and eat it too, from caffeine (I adore our tea ritual) to chocolate (our brownie and Thinny Mint Shake). Our plan really makes healthy eating simple, attainable, and maintainable.
