SPRING MOTIVATION! 19 Feb 2013
Can you believe it? Spring is T minus 30 days! I can literally feel the energy in the studios. Everyone seems to be Lithing for a purpose. It really makes me fall in love my job again and again.
Yesterday I taught two amazing, high-energy classes (FreeStyle & Rock Steady). Everyone was so "on" and into it- I felt like I had a dance team! Thanks to all of you who are working it in the name of spring. What is currently motivating you all? Strength? A swimsuit? A new love? Short Shorts? Summertime? I'd love to know...

Freestyle was amazing yesterday. My motivation: the post you wrote about how you can change your body in 6 months. I wish I had measured and taken pictures when I started Lithe, b/c the changes have already been so awesome (major muscles!). August is my motivation.
