MEET, GREET & LITHE (FOR FREE) WITH OUR NYC INSTRUCTORS! 14 Feb 2013
This upcoming Saturday, February 16th, some of our NYC instructors will be in Philadelphia for an intense training session. From 1pm-6pm, they will be running through their classes at Old City (in both studios). We want to give our Lithers the opportunity to drop into their classes (for free!), and check them out. These ladies are awesome!
A few stipulations:
- Reservations can be made ONLY via email, and must be received by 5pm on Friday 2/15; the classes will not be listed on MB and there will be no waitlist. You may be able to drop-in day of, but we cannot make any guarantees. If you want to reserve a spot, email philly@lithemethod.com with the general time slot (1p, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm) that you want to attend. You will be notified if the class is full. UPDATE: the 1pm & 2pm time slots are FULL.
- Be flexible! Classes will begin more-or-less on the hour; however, this is the first time the NY Instructors will be running a full class in a full studio, so arrive in time to start a little early, and be patient if we are running a little late. Additionally, bring your gloves and be prepared for any class (and to get your butts kicked!)! Pom, Higher Power, Waspie, Split, Lithe 101, and Hot Legs are all on tap to make an appearance at some point during the afternoon. You won’t know what class you get until you arrive at the studio.
- Be kind! This will be the FIRST time that any of our NYC staff has been mic’d and running a full class in a real Lithe studio. Don’t expect a perfectly polished class, and be welcoming and supportive to our New York staff.
- Be helpful! We would appreciate all Lithers filling out a short feedback form at the end of your class with some comments (both positive and negative) so that we can use your valuable experience to help our NY staff refine their classes.
