We all love to have our cake and eat it too. On Fridays, we'll be showing you how you can lighten up (and freshen up) high calorie, sugar/fat laden drinks and mixers by substituting healthy, Lithe Foods cold-pressed juices, smoothies and shakes, without missing out on taste.
