LITHE GOAL OF THE WEEK! 1 Jul 2013
Do you think about other things when you Lithe? This week, make it your goal to clear your mind. Leave your thoughts, work and stress at the studio door and focus on the integrity of your movement, the muscles that you are working and what you are doing for one hour. If your mind is elsewhere, it will always distract a good bit of your focus from what you are trying to do well. When it comes to exercise, sometimes anything is better than nothing, but if you
are going after major changes here at Lithe, then you have to get the mind involved.
