Happy Friday!  This week's giveaway comes to us from BHLDN (pronounced 'beholden' and meaning 'to keep' in Dutch).  As the sister brand to Anthropologie, BHLDN was founded in 2011 with the mission of providing each bride with the edit she's been searching for —heirloom-quality wedding gowns, artisanal hair adornments, jewelry, footwear, and decor. They just released their spring collection, which is loosely inspired by the dreamy, sun-bleached seascapes of Greece. The new gowns are very romantic with lots of sheer, airy elements and are enhanced by soft, tonal embellishments, like 3D embroidery and lace, or adorned with cool, soft sparkle and place stonework.  If I were walking down the aisle again, I'd definitely wear a dress from their selection.

If you're currently a Lithe Bride searching for your perfect dress, stop by BHLDN's sample sale at the Navy Yard tomorrow from 10AM to 1PM.  Gowns will be priced from $100 to $300, so get there early to score a deal on a gorgeous gown.

BHLDN is giving away a Side-by-Side Bracelet ($100 value) plus a $50 gift certificate to one lucky winner!  For a chance to win, please leave a comment below telling us what Lithe class you think is best for sculpting Lithe Brides!  A winner will be chosen at random on Monday, so you have three days to enter. One entry per person.  Good luck!

Peeled definitely! Full body and the toughest arm class!

Skinny Mini for cardio sculpting! LOVE BHLDN and I have been stalking their website since I got engaged Christmas 2012.

Higher Power! Those blue bands are the best.

Last night I Took the HARDEST armistice with Bari and have to say- that is the best class to tone up the upper body to ensure you're looking svelt on your big day!!

Peeled is SO intense, but really toned my arms for my wedding this past November! Would still the prize for my best friend's wedding in August :)

Sleeveless 2.0 awesome arms for the bride to be : )

Armistice! Can't wait for BHLDN's sale tomorrow!

Sleeveless 2.0 ... Great arm workout AND get to perfect the "roger rabbit" for the reception :)

I would choose sleeveless.

I'm getting married in Oct and have engagement pics in 2 weeks!! Eeeek! I'm loving squeezing some extra sleevelss, peeled, and armistice classes in, great for my arms and abs and making me feel confident in any outfit and behind the camera:)

Wings! The most challenging class for me so far. My arms were so sore for days, and I could see little changes after the pain :)
