Happy New Year, everyone!  Trying to be a 6AM'er?  There's really a lot to be said about getting up and getting your workout in (and done!) before the work day even starts.  Need some help getting prepped?  Setting your clothes out/packing your bag the night before is a no-brainer, but check out this info-graphic from Anna Vital for some inspiration.  See you tomorrow, bright and early!

This is great inspiration! I have been struggling to get back on the morning class bandwagon since the weather has started getting colder (canceled my morning class last night for today). Hoping these tips about morning routine will get me back there before the warm weather hits...

What works for me: I set 3 alarms that are 5 minutes apart (5:35, 5:40, 5:45... I live really close to the OC studio). I typically am up between the 5:35 and 5:40 alarms, and always try to leave my apartment by 5:48, and in no event later than 5:51. Also, I try to be in bed by 10 pm each night before class. I agree that reading (a book) before bed is very helpful!
