SPLIT! 23 Feb 2014


I love a good Split.  Since February 2009, Split has been one of our most loved workouts.  Get the best of both worlds with 1/2 bands (30 minutes) + 1/2 barre (30 minutes) that's perfectly programmed so you're balanced and Lithe.  Check out what's on deck this week!

Took an amazing Split with Bari a couple of weeks ago; Rock Steady and SJ. Embodied my favourite bits of Lithe!

Thanks for posting this? I hurt my foot recently, so I really appreciate knowing which classes are happening for each split so I know if it'll be too much.
