Due to a troublesome shoulder I have not been able to attend classes....getting back to exercising a sesdion with Lauren wiuld be a dream come true. Fine tuning the actual exercise moves while getting advice on a game plan....what to take class wise, how often and how to structure class schedule to obtain tge best results would be awesome. Happy Friday!

My goal is to be active everyday, even on busy days when all I can fit in is a walk during my lunchtime.

My goal is to quit my excess snacking! Thanks to the #EarnedInWinter challenge I have been doing well the past week or so, but I need to make it a permanent habit.

I've been slacking on the Lithe for the past 1-2 months, but I'm slowly getting back into it. My goal is to get back to where I was! I was a 5-6 day Lither, but now I'm only at 2-3 days. I've been going through a break up and getting the mental energy to Lithe the way I was previously has been hard. I'd love a confidence boosting, session filled with Lithe and love from Lauren!

My goal is to lithe more frequently and to slowly start doing more cardio and stilettos, as my ankle gains strength from an injury!

This is amazing!! Would love to win this prize!! I consider myself a new(ish) brand ambassador to Lithe Method. I started attending back in November 2013 and have been hooked ever since. I recently just did my 9 days of lithe and never stopped. I actually just passed 23 days in a row. #earnedinwinter I love checking in and sharing through various social media platforms and I love when I am asked 'what is this lithe method place you keep checking into?'

Unfortunately, I was unable to exercise during my pregnancy, b/c of some high risk factors. I jut gave birth two weeks ago, although I was not due until 3/15. I will follow doctors orders and abstain from exercise until my six week check up in April! In the meantime, I've been focusing on eating healthy, while maintaining sufficient intake to breastfeed and keep up with my very active newborn! Looking forward to getting back into my Lithe routine and would love a 1x1 with Lauren Boggi!

To lose the baby weight and get back my abs! Just had a baby Feb 4 and headed back to Lithe this week :)

Such a great giveaway. Would love a session with Lauren to pick her brain! My goal for the spring is to continue to Lithe 5-6 times a week and to start eating clean which entails learning to cook! I've never been much of a cook before but am excited to learn and control what I'm putting in my body!

Tomorrow I complete the #earnedinwinter challenge (yes!) and today's class is #100 towards Varsity! My goal is to keep working towards Varsity at the end of the summer, and to start taking pictures of my progress along the way every 50 classes. I would love this prize to make the most out of the next 150 classes!

My goal is to keep up healthy habits despite a move to the burbs (making getting to Lithe classes a little harder) and weeks without a kitchen! Here's to lots of smoothies. Thank god for blenders!

My goal is to become a 6 a.m.-er! I'm not a morning person at all, but I feel so much better when I work out first thing. Also, I can more easily take the day as it comes because I'm not worried about getting out of the office and into the studio in the evening!

My Spring time goal is to get Triathlon ready! I would like to do a Sprint Tri this fall, and I would feel much more comfortable if I knew I was Lithe at the starting line :-)Plus I have been sick on and off for most of the winter, so I would like to just be healthy as well!

I'm with Sarah - it get outside the office and walk more.
