Aveeno & Lithe

love love loveee making homemade granola!

4 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped (I sub with chocolate chips)
3/4 cup natural peanut butter, melted
1/2 cup honey

Mix it all together in a bowl, press dough in a greased (non-stick spray) 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350.

I make large batches for the week. So good (try not to eat it all at once!)

Oats are my favorite breakfast! In winter, I take them to work dry, in a jar with cinnamon, raisins, chia seeds, and almond slices. At work, I mix in with hot water, sometimes sliced banana and always a little honey.

Recently used it in homemade muesli!

Overnight oats with almond milk, cinnamon and almond butter. Yum!

mix with some almond butter, agave, coconut shreds, dried craberries and chia. Add to yogurt, etc or roll into balls for pre-workout bites.

banana and oat breakfast cookies!

LOVE aveeno products! I like my oatmeal simple- warmed for breakfast, with almond milk, flaxseed and maybe some fresh bananas or blueberries!

I'm typically a chocolate chip girl, but a good oatmeal cookie is so comforting. On cold mornings I also enjoy steel cut oats with some raisins, a little maple syrup or brown sugar, and almonds or pecans. Happy Friday! =)

Just tried the lithe muesli recipe, I'm hooked. New fav oats recipe!

cinnamon raisin oatmeal!

3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 banana, broken up with your fingers
A few pinches of raisins, plus more for topping
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Brown sugar, for topping
Cinnamon, for topping

rolled oats
frozen mixed berries
almond milk

I mix oats in my greek yogurt with fresh fruit like blueberries & blackberries - so refreshing!

I know, not very healthy but Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!! By far, my favorite cookie.

Oat is a perfect breakfast at work I mix it with honey and berries and it makes for a filling healthy meal ...

I use oats in my green morning smoothies for some extra fiber- so yummy! I also use them for delicious oatmeal butterscotch cookies. I love Aveeno!

i throw them in smoothies to make them extra special! with a lil pb or ab tastes like a cookie!

I love mixing oats with sugar and cinnamon and using that as a topping to apples and pears to bake a crisp.

My fav recipe is actually for my four-legged canine friend - homemade dog biscuits using oats and the leftover juice pulp from my juicer (usually apple/carrot/celery/cucumber). 3-4 cups juice pulp (I freeze mine after juicing to use later) + 1/2 cup Peanut Butter + 1 cup oats + 1/4 cup ground flax seed!
