Here's one of my favorite snacks that's also included in our week 1 #lithespringclean menu.  It's so easy!  Slice your avocado in half, remove the pit, then fill it with some of your favorite things like, veggies, protein or even crab! On the left is feta cheese, chopped tomato and Braggs Liquid Aminos.  On the right is my favorite dairy-free version: tomato, nutritional yeast and Braggs.  Eat with a spoon and enjoy!

I see a lot of avocado on this list (fine by me, one of the most perfect foods on earth!).

My question is: exactly how many avocados are we allowed per day? We have it some days with breakfast and lunch and maybe with snack. Are we taking one avocado and rationing it or is it one half per serving or what.

Please say unlimited avocados ;)

also curious about Braggs? Googled it and came up with an herb and spice sprinkle and an apple cider vinegar... which are you referring to or something else entirely?
