Taking great shots is easy. Choose a spot in your home with good lighting and wear your favorite body-skimming activewear (no baggy shirts!) or swimwear. Have someone take photos of you from the front, side, and back, and then share! Over the years we've received images of coffee cups, body parts, flowers, and food, but we (and you) need to see your body to really give this your all. Trust us, it works!  Don't want to blow up your personal Instagram feed with pictures of your hard work? We recommend creating a private account specifically for Lithe challenges. We can't wait to watch you get stronger.

Our Endless Summer Challenge ends today. That means it's time to post your after #LitheResults #LitheEndlessSummer photos. A lot can change in four weeks, so don't be shy! You may not be able to see your results, but remember that you're always your harshest critic. 

Check out the two examples above from our Lithe Spring Clean Challenge. You'll want to duplicate your before photos, so wear the same clothing that you wore for your before shots and stand in the same place. Have someone take photos of you from the front, side, and back, and then compare at least one view and share. You've worked hard, so show it off! Imagine what will happen if you keep going for eight more weeks. Happy weekend, everyone! We can't wait to watch you get stronger.

Get into the best shape of your life and savor the last few weeks of summer with our annual Lithe Endless Summer Challenge. We keep you inspired with Lithe community involvement, photos, recipes, Lithe TV videos, and weekly emails.

The Requirements:

  • Sign Up today through Saturday, August 8. 
  • The Fitness: Lithers must complete 20 classes in 25 days.
  • The Food: We're Eating Lithe (clean) Monday-Friday. 
  • Share & Inspire: Complete our weekly hashtag calendar.
  • Win: Everyone who takes 20 classes in 25 days and completes the hashtag calendar wins a limited edition Lithe tank!

Lithe TV: Get sexier In six! We want you to take your Lithe practice to the next level and achieve your best results. Each week we will send you a short complimentary workout to begin each morning with, six days a week.  This helps jump start your metabolism and keep it burning all day until you get to the studio. Early morning Lithers should complete this workout during their lunch break or during the early evening. Each video expires after one week. These videos are a sneak peak into our VOD service that will be available for purchase this fall.

Ready to kick it into high gear again? The Summer Bodies Are Earned in Winter Challenge is the first of three consecutive challenges to get you bikini-ready (and confident!) by Memorial Day. #EarnedInWinter begins on Monday, February 9, 2015!  Sign up today thru Saturday, February 7.

We'll keep you inspired with weekly emails, video content via LitheTV, before-and-after measurements, recipes, tips, and we'll also feature Lithers along the way!
 
The Details:
    •    Sign up Mon., 2/2 - Sat., 2/7. The challenge is 25 days: Mon., 2/9 thru Thurs., 3/5
    •    The Fitness:  Lithers must complete 20 classes in 25 days. 
    •    The Food:  We're Eating Lithe! We want you eating clean Monday-Friday.
    •    Recipe Share:  Share your favorite #EatingLithe recipe on Fri., 2/20. 
    •    Everyone Wins: Everyone who completes 20 classes in 25 days, and participates in our social media hashtag calendar wins a brand new limited edition Lithe Wear tank!
    •    The Ultra Lithe Grandprizes: We want to see your progress! Lithers who complete the calendar and share their #LitheResults on social media using the #EarnedInWinter Challenge hashtag on Mon., 2/9 and Thurs., 3/5 will be entered to win. TWO people will win a Lithe Instructor-style photo-shoot (date TBA). The photo-shoot will take place at the end of the Earned in Winter series which ends right before Memorial Day!

You're almost finished the Endless Summer Challenge and I hope that you guys are feeling as good as you all look!  Last weekend I spent time in the Hamptons with Jordan who is working on a special art project with the very talented, Frederic Pinet.  These four beautiful women inspired me while I was creating what you're all working for - Our new workout, High Top.  Like all things Lithe, it's super unique, extremely effective, and so much fun. 

I know that most of you don't want the Summer to end, but I'm feeling excited and inspired for the Fall, and this new workout.  I think that you guys are really going to love it.  I know that you're all working hard to complete the challenge this week, and we can't wait to deliver your prize (your own personal High Tops!) and pick our social media winners!  Good luck on your last week, Lithers!

Ready to kick it into high gear with another 20 classes in 25 days during the second most induglent time of the year?  The #LitheEndlessSummer Challenge begins on Monday, July 14th 2014!

Sign up today through Saturday, July 12th.  How will we keep you motivated?  Doing what we do best - Banding together in true Lithe fashion!  We'll keep you inspired with a Spirit Circle, weekly emails, our social media hashtag calendar, more video content via LitheTV, before & after measurements and photos, recipes, and tips from Lithe creator, Lauren Boggi!

The Details:

  • Sign up for the #LitheEndlessSummer Challenge today through Saturday, July 12th.  The challenge runs 25 days: Monday, July 14th through Thursday, August 7th
  • Not a here in Philly?  No problem, you can join in and show us how you're getting Lithe! 
  • The Fitness: Lithers must complete 20 classes in 25 days.  One of those classes must be outdoor (Hot-Stepper, Walk-Star or Lithe Beach - stay tuned, these options will appear on the schedules by the end of this week!), and one class must be Restorative: Rare Form or Melt. 
  • The Food: Eat Lithe!  We want you Eating Lithe (clean) Monday-Friday.  Utilize your Lithe Spring Clean menus, or do your own thing. 
  • Recipe Share:  Inspire each other!  Share one recipe on social media (FB, Twitter, Pinterest or Instagram) showing us how you're #EatingLithe on 7.19.14!
  • Everyone Wins: Everyone who completes 20 classes in 25 days, and participates in the social media component (our hashtag calendar) will win their own personal set of Lithe "High Tops" for our super unique, upcoming fall workout, High Top, debuting the week of 8.11.  Winners will also get first priority to experience High Top with Lithe creator, Lauren Boggi!
