Start off 2016 right by joining Lithe for a long weekend with Lauren Boggi that's designed to inspire confidence, reset eating habits, and transform your body (we're talking visible results). During Lithe WKND at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, Lauren shares her whole life whole body approach to wellness with a multifaceted program complete with sweat, sunshine, and sustenance.


Lithe Method is Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting® (CCS). CCS is our proprietary blend of cardiovascular, cheer-based conditioning and resistance training created by former USC cheerleader and Lithe’s Creator Lauren Boggi. Named one of the nation’s “top core toning workouts” by Self and a “top party-ready workout for dance lovers” by Glamour, Lithe utilizes cheer-based conditioning to sculpt muscles, produce a high cardio burn, and reduce fat zones in 60 minutes.


Our WKND experience incorporates not only your cardio burn and strength training, but also your balanced mindset and lean, seasonal nutrition. In the morning our workout will be grounded with a focus on sculpting your muscular foundation. Our afternoon classes will be high energy and produce a cardio burn. Each WKND workout is 75 minutes and you’ll find the schedule below.

Not a Lither? Lithing from afar? Traveling during the holidays? On Sunday, November 1, Lithe creator Lauren Boggi hosts her own public Instagram challenge Build a Peach (#buildapeach #builda🍑). This is a great opportunity for Lithers and non-Lithers who will be traveling during the month of November or for those who want to kick their Fall Transformation results up a notch.

Share with friends and follow @laurenboggi on Instagram for all of the details. This challenge is open to the public and is a great chance to team up with friends and get serious on-the-go results during the holidays. It requires little to no equipment and can be done anytime and anywhere!

It's fall and we're excited to continue our collaboration with Lauren's favorite Philly boutique Third Street Habit. Our We Wear series is a style diary that maps Lithers's studio-to-street wardrobes throughout the seasons. Over the next few days, weeks, and months we'll feature our go-to looks. For my second look, I chose a flannel, plaid dress that I fell for at first sight. You know when you find a piece that seems like it was made for you? I feel comfortable, confident, sexy whenever I wear this Current/Elliott flannel dress. One style rule that I always stick to? Wear what you love. Plaid is one of those classics that I love to wear. It comes from Scottish culture and dates back to around the 1700s. I love a great basic and plaid definitely ranks up there in my ultimate basic style staples. 

Current/Elliott Twist Shirt Dress: I can't get enough of this new twist on the classic shirt dress. It's casual and cool (and sorta 90's grunge) and I love the sexy, fit and slouchy boyfriend-style sleeves that tie around the waist. I bought this one and have worn it with heels and ankle boots and as a tunic with leggings.

BB Dakota Harper Leather Jacket: I would never have picked this jacket for myself, so I'm glad Liz had me try it on. It's simple, versatile, flattering, and so chic. It adds polish to the plaid dress, shows off my waist, and doesn't overwhelm my petite frame. 

Chan Luu Thread-Through Drop Earrings: These are unique, easy to wear, light, and pretty.  Thread through earrings are this season's must-have accessory, so I was excited to see how the swingy length looked on me. This design has a delicate sterling silver chain that anchors a 20 gauge curved post on one end and a luminous blue-ish gem on the other. 

Fortress of Inca Adriana Coco Bootie: Handmade and sustainable with a 3" heel.  I tend to purchase every pair of Inca shoes that I slip on. I love how they dip down in the front which totally elongates the leg.  Classic, comfortable, and totally walkable!  Perfect for fall.

I’m a big believer in wearing things that are comfortable and also make me feel good. I love how a timeless vest and a killer hat can upgrade a top and simple pair of jeans.  

For this first look, I opted for a slightly dressier outfit. I’d wear this on a date with my husband, out with girlfriends, or to a holiday gathering. Wearing booties in the same color as my pants lengthens my not-so-long legs and sticking to neutrals (as I always do) keeps everything modern and chic. But I love these grey booties so much that I broke my rule. A long statement necklace dresses up the outfit and this incredible fedora balances everything out. As you guys know, I am a huge fan of Rory Beca and Mother. I've collected pieces from those lines for years and Third Street Habit always carries their latest and greatest. Liz at Third Street has the talent of a stylist and knows what looks best on my body. She also coordinates the perfect accessories to match. Check out our first fall look. 

Rory Beca Front Keyhole Blouse: I can't get enough of this blouse. It’s just the right amount of slouchy and fitted, has a feminine neckline and sweet fringe. Made from ultra-soft poly faille, it has a luxurious feel. I bought this one and I often pair it with heels or ankle boots. I often wear it as a tunic with boyfriend jeans and simple flats. It'll never go out of style. 

Burning Torch Below Zero Vest: This rich, fall vest is an investment piece for sure. It's soft, unique, wearable, and beautiful for the season. I love the color and how the side ties cinch at the waist and emphasizes my curves. 

Mother Denim The Vamp: Dark, fitted, and distressed with the perfect rise. These are cropped, but I folded mine under for the shoot.   

Hudson Shoes Kiver BootThese slate booties are so hot. Brushed gray suede boots have a 2" stacked heel and leather sole. Perfect for everyday.

Hat Attack Wool Fedora: Tailored with a bit of boho, this hat tops off any outfit. Get ready for a lot of attention.

Chan Luu Smokey Quartz Necklace: I love Chan Luu's boho-luxe signature wrap bracelets and this necklace is just as stunning and eclectic. Wish I could layer a few of these, too!

One Week Will Make One Strong.  Think about a total mind and body transformation without deprivation.  On our Escapes, we achieve the results that most accomplish in 4-6 weeks, in 4-6 days.  Our Escape food and lifestyle are equally important, but take a peak at Lithe Escape Fitness.

Now that Lithe Escape is upon us, it’s time for a refresher on minimalist packing. As much as we love feeling ready for anything, lugging around an overpacked bag or checking luggage is no fun. Cutting down on what goes inside your weekend bag has everything to do with staying calm, cool, comfortable, and confident.

Wonder what to bring? You won't need much! We'll be in Nicaragua for five days and you'll spend the majority of your time barefoot and in a bathing suit or in exercise gear. We wake, we eat, we Lithe, we chill in the sun, we eat, we chill or walk to town, we Lithe, we eat, and then chill some more (it's heaven).

People are always shocked to learn that Lithe Escape creator Lauren Boggi is a super-light carry-on only packer. She finds it freeing to travel with so little. Here's how she does it: 

  • Think small: Starting with a compact suitcase instantly limits how much I can bring. 
  • Don’t underestimate the power of a packing list: The key word here is basic. Sports bras, swimsuits, cover-ups, underwear, socks, workout shorts, loose pants, a warm layer for evenings, a chic go-with-everything maxi dress, and sneakers. Follow your list without exception. It’ll help you not go overboard. 
  • Be reasonable: Ignore the voice in your head trying to convince you that you absolutely need four pairs of shoes, heels, a hair dryer and 12 tops for a five-day trip. You don't and the practical you knows it!
  • Roll your clothes instead of folding them: It minimizes wrinkles and frees up a ton of space for other traveling necessities.
  • Be basic: Stick to basic, neutral colors and light fabrics.
  • Essentials: Passport, sunscreen, yoga mat, bathing suits that you can lounge, swim and Lithe in, sunglasses, cover-up, sneakers, flip-flops, a good book, and cell phone charger. 
  • Choose your accessories wisely: Pack a scarf, hat, statement necklace, and a classic pair of flat sandals. When in doubt, these things will come in handy.
  • Recycle: Unless you’ve been hiking all day or rolling in the sand, there’s a good chance you can use certain wardrobe pieces more than once. If you wore your maxi dress and cute espadrilles for dinner, turn that sundress into a beach cover-up for another day. My rule is that every article of clothing should work with at least two outfits. I love tunics that work as cover-ups, dresses, tops and nightgowns. My daytime black tunic often works over leggings, and then I can dress it up with jewelry or a scarf at night.
