Hi Lauren,
I just wanted to thank you and everyone at Lithe. I can hardly believe that I just passed my one-year mark! I remember huffing and puffing through my first Immersion class and wondering how on Earth I was ever going to make it through. Now here I am, attending 5-6 classes a week, so much stronger and, well, lither :) A day doesn't go by that I don't look in the mirror and marvel at my body. I finally got my chiseled Madonna arms and that Kim Kardashian booty I was worried about developing last year has given way to a much smaller (and higher) Lithe booty. I love watching the transformations of other Lithers, too. Truly amazing. Here's to many more years of Lithe successes. Lithe rocks! AS
Hey Lauren,
I've lost 25 lbs since starting the June Lithe "10;" about 12 lbs while in the "10," then the rest after. I continued to follow your meal plan and Lithed about 2-3 times per week and walked at least 3 miles per day (thank goodness for my dog!). The meal plan was probably easier for me than most because I'm a pescatarian. The lemon water definitely helped curb my mid-day hunger. The "10 "really helped me kick-start my wedding get-in-shape goal! Thank you again! KM
Hey Lauren/Lithe Team -
Just wanted to say a big thanks to all of you for being so great and helping me through a horrible situation. Last year around this time I tore a my gluteus medius, rendering me totally immobile and in tons of pain for a couple of months. As someone addicted to moving, I didnt take it very well. After tons of physical therapy I was told by my doctor that I would probably not be able to run long distances or do triathlons (some of my favorite summer activities) ever again. I started Lithe in immersion in January, and was addicted immediately.
I took things pretty slow initially, but right away I could feel my body and muscles strengthening and stretching in all the right ways. Balancing Lithe with training for my tri starting in March, I was able to really get back on my feet with all the additional core strength and flexibility I gained. Im happy to say that not only was I able to race again last weekend at the Philadelphia Olympic Distance Triathlon, but, that I smashed my pre-injury time!!! So thanks for getting me back on my feet, and giving me the strength I needed to return to my favorite sport. You guys are really life-savers, I couldnt imagine my life without lithe! Im heading back to the studio tonight after a 1.5 month hiatus I took to focus on tri-training , and couldnt be more excited! LM
Hi Lauren,
I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know some of my results from Lithe. I've only been to Lithe 13 times (only once a week). After about a week or two, my boyfriend said that my butt went from soft and squishy to nice and hard. I've also noticed that my legs (esp. my upper thighs) look more slender and I went down both a shirt and a skirt size. So, I was a 0 at Express and now im a 00. I'm sort of annoyed that I have to buy new suits b/c they don't ft right, but its better than having to buy new suits because they're all too small! CK
