Welcome to Lithe! If you're a newbie or a Lithe vet, please get acquainted or re-acquainted with us and read our studio policies.
If you've never Lithed before, or if it has been more than six months since your last class, we require that you take our 3 Week Immersion course OR 1-3 LITHE 101 classes. Everyone must start out with an introductory class. It's part of our Liability Policy and we don't make exceptions. Period.
Lithe is not Pilates, a Barre workout or Yoga, and we require that you learn our workout, our bio-mechanical principals, how to work our band system and our MODIFICATIONS prior to taking our regular level classes. It's essential for you, our instructors and your fellow Lithers' class experience.

We create our new studio schedules carefully so that you ease into Lithe, perfect your form, gain strength (and results!) and avoid injuries. You'll see Spirit, Higher Power, Hipster, Tight End, Thinny, Sleeveless and the rest of your favorites slip onto the schedule over the next two months. Take advantage of our Split classes! They allow you to gain the strength needed for a full hour of band-work and we'll keep things interesting with the best of Lithe.
Your Lithe Instructors all rotate studios, so you'll see get to see some of your old favorites and meet plenty of new instructors, too!
