LITHE ON LOCATION! 15 May 2013

This morning at 6:30AM, Lithe Instructor Tif Nork took a few shots of our Lithe On Location workout on the beautiful Stratus rooftop at Kimpton's Hotel Monaco.  I love that Kimpton guests can wake up and get Lithe!  Great form, ladies!  Read a preview and review on Be Well Philly!

Lithe on Location is part of Hotel Monaco's wellness program and our class is free for guests and is open to local Kimpton Inner Circle and InTouch Members, too (first class is on the house).  All you have to do is call the hotel by 8PM the night before to reserve your spot!

While in Maui, Lither Julia Griffith's husband captured this amazing shot of her holding half plank on her paddle board in the middle of the Pacific!  I would be nervous, but Julia said it was such a relaxing and peaceful time out there: And, thanks to Lithe, she's never felt more confident in a bikini!  Simply beautiful, Julia!  I think you've given me some ideas for the next Lithe Escape...

Lither Kate Burdick relaxes, recharges (and Lithes!) at beautiful Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.  Hard to think of a better way to start a day than Lithing at sunrise with this unbelievable volcano view!  Absolutely beautiful, Kate!

Lither Jackie Kunkel was in Vail, CO a few weeks ago, and after a morning of snowboarding in Blue Sky Basin, she stopped for some Hipster Lunges outside the Two Elk lodge.  I'm impressed Jackie, I know that gear isn't light!  Now I'm jonesin' for some powder...

While Lither Lily Mark was recently road-tripping up the west coast, she got down to sculpting business in front of the "Painted Ladies" in San Francisco and Fleury Vineyard in Napa Valley, CA between beautiful rows of grape vines!  Great form Lily, I love these shots.  Very fit, hip and healthy!

Lither Lindsay Spatola was recently in Japan (I'm so jealous!) on a work trip.  Inspired by other Lithe on Location posts, she had her co-worker take a picture of her in wide second in front of a gate to a local shrine! Lindsay said that the resident grounds keeper was very amused.  I can see those imaginary bands in your hands! Great form.
