LB ACTIVE: ATHLEISURE 3 Mar 2016

Lauren Boggi

We asked which pieces from Lauren's LB Active videos you loved and many of you mentioned this Strut This crop top and leggings. The custom print was designed by New York-based artist Christopher Lee Sauvé and Lauren loved this set so much that she got it in black and white. It feels fashion-forward and luxurious, but also supportive enough for everything from foldover work to herkies. And the crop top looks amazing outside the studio with a high waisted skirt and fitted jacket. Bandier always finds designers who strike a perfect balance between form and function.

LB ACTIVE: ATHLEISURE 23 Feb 2016

Lauren Boggi

We have always been big fans of studio-to-street activewear that stands up to the toughest CCS sequence, and then transition to brunch with the girls or on a date after class. The general public is finally getting on board, too. The word athleisure is even being added to the next edition of the Merriam-Webster dictionary.

If you've been following @laurenboggi's LB Active challenges over the past few months, you already know that her workout gear game has been on-point. Many have asked where they can find the looks she's been rocking, so we're making it easy for you. Tell us in the comments if there are certain looks you've been lusting after, and we'll do our best to help you get your Tight End looking stylish in and out of the studio.

WE WEAR: FALL OUTERWEAR 28 Oct 2015

We Wear: Annette We Wear: AK

There's nothing like a fresh, sporty jacket that takes you from studio to street. Everyone loves Annette's Pure + Good jacket that she snagged from Anthropologie. Annette says that it was one of those unexpected finds that made her feel like a champion shopper. She says, "I love how billowy it is, while still being on trend with the cropped length. The pattern is so much fun, but for some reason, whenever I pull up the hood, I feel badass. It's just the right weight and warmth for this time of year. I always throw it on as I head out to teach the 6AMers."

WE WEAR: FALL CONTINUED 21 Oct 2015

Second Outfit Third Street Lithe Oct 8 2015-9046 copy Laur2 Second Outfit Third Street Lithe Oct 8 2015-8978 copy Earrings Lauren1 IncaLaur in CELauren's Incas

It's fall and we're excited to continue our collaboration with Lauren's favorite Philly boutique Third Street Habit. Our We Wear series is a style diary that maps Lithers's studio-to-street wardrobes throughout the seasons. Over the next few days, weeks, and months we'll feature our go-to looks. To kick off fall, Third Street Habit is offering a 15% discount to all Lithers and FitHipHealthy readers thru 10.21 (today is the last day!). Mention code hiphabit15 in-store or enter it at checkout.

For my second look, I chose a flannel, plaid dress that I fell for at first sight. You know when you find a piece that seems like it was made for you? I feel comfortable, confident, sexy whenever I wear this Current/Elliott flannel dress. One style rule that I always stick to? Wear what you love. Plaid is one of those classics that I love to wear. It comes from Scottish culture and dates back to around the 1700s. I love a great basic and plaid definitely ranks up there in my ultimate basic style staples.

Current/Elliott Twist Shirt Dress: I can't get enough of this new twist on the classic shirt dress. It's casual and cool (and sorta 90's grunge) and I love the sexy, fit and slouchy boyfriend-style sleeves that tie around the waist. I bought this one and have worn it with heels and ankle boots and as a tunic with leggings.

BB Dakota Harper Leather Jacket: I would never have picked this jacket for myself, so I'm glad Liz had me try it on. It's simple, versatile, flattering, and so chic. It adds polish to the plaid dress, shows off my waist, and doesn't overwhelm my petite frame.

Chan Luu Thread-Through Drop Earrings: These are unique, easy to wear, light, and pretty.  Thread through earrings are this season's must-have accessory, so I was excited to see how the swingy length looked on me. This design has a delicate sterling silver chain that anchors a 20 gauge curved post on one end and a luminous blue-ish gem on the other.

Fortress of Inca Adriana Coco Bootie: Handmade and sustainable with a 3" heel.  I tend to purchase every pair of Inca shoes that I slip on. I love how they dip down in the front which totally elongates the leg.  Classic, comfortable, and totally walkable!  Perfect for fall.

WE WEAR: FALL 14 Oct 2015

It's fall and we're excited to continue our collaboration with Lauren's favorite Philly boutique Third Street Habit. Our We Wear series is a style diary that maps Lithers's studio-to-street wardrobes throughout the seasons. Over the next few days, weeks, and months we'll feature our go-to looks. To kick off fall, Third Street Habit is offering a 15% discount to all Lithers and FitHipHealthy readers thru October 21. Mention code hiphabit15 in-store or enter it at checkout.

I’m a big believer in wearing things that are comfortable and also make me feel good. I love how a timeless vest and a killer hat can upgrade a top and simple pair of jeans.

For this first look, I opted for a slightly dressier outfit. I’d wear this on a date with my husband, out with girlfriends, or to a holiday gathering. Wearing booties in the same color as my pants lengthens my not-so-long legs and sticking to neutrals (as I always do) keeps everything modern and chic. But I love these grey booties so much that I broke my rule. A long statement necklace dresses up the outfit and this incredible fedora balances everything out. As you guys know, I am a huge fan of Rory Beca and Mother. I've collected pieces from those lines for years and Third Street Habit always carries their latest and greatest. Liz at Third Street has the talent of a stylist and knows what looks best on my body. She also coordinates the perfect accessories to match. Check out our first fall look.

Rory Beca Front Keyhole Blouse: I can't get enough of this blouse. It’s just the right amount of slouchy and fitted, has a feminine neckline and sweet fringe. Made from ultra-soft poly faille, it has a luxurious feel. I bought this one and I often pair it with heels or ankle boots. I often wear it as a tunic with boyfriend jeans and simple flats. It'll never go out of style.

Burning Torch Below Zero Vest: This rich, fall vest is an investment piece for sure. It's soft, unique, wearable, and beautiful for the season. I love the color and how the side ties cinch at the waist and emphasizes my curves.

Mother Denim The Vamp: Dark, fitted, and distressed with the perfect rise. These are cropped, but I folded mine under for the shoot.

Hudson Shoes Kiver BootThese slate booties are so hot. Brushed gray suede boots have a 2" stacked heel and leather sole. Perfect for everyday.

Hat Attack Wool Fedora: Tailored with a bit of boho, this hat tops off any outfit. Get ready for a lot of attention.

Chan Luu Smokey Quartz Necklace: I love Chan Luu's boho-luxe signature wrap bracelets and this necklace is just as stunning and eclectic. Wish I could layer a few of these, too!

WE WEAR: TEEKI & RVCA 30 Sep 2015

AK in Teeki Sexier in Six AK Triceps TeekiAK Walk

Check out Lithe instructor Annette Kaplafka rocking these desert babe Teeki hot pants and RVCA crop top on a recent Sexier in Six at Spruce Street Harbor Park. Annette says, "I love the design. So cool and unique. Another Lither was wearing a pair and once I saw them I was in love. Especially after she told me there were made from recycled plastic water bottles, I had to have them. They were a gift to myself after finishing Lithe's #Tminus30 challenge this year. They are lightweight, but still offer great compression and feel great on."

When you're doing your Sexier in Six this week, find a bench and do ten see-saws on the right and left, 30 triceps dips, and 30 step-up lunges on each side, a la Walk-Star. We promise you'll feel the burn!

WE WEAR: PUMPED-UP KICKS 20 Aug 2015

Nike Mizuno New Balance Adidas

Sneakers are the perfect accessory for an active summer. They support us to and from the studio, when we're on the run, and look great with Michi leggings, Splendid tank dresses, and Mother denim. Nike, Adidas, Converse, New Balance, Mizuno — you name it, we've been wearing it.

Everyone has their favorite brand depending on personal fit and style. Lauren Boggi loves New Balance's 711 Mesh Trainer because it's cush and great for running (and Lithing) with its flexible forefoot. Master Lithe instructor and avid runner Tiffany Nork prefers the Mizuno running shoe because it feels like clouds.

Lithe instructor Rachael Bridgens is obsessed with Nike's colorful and lightweight sneaks. She's worn Nike forever and loves how colorful and lightweight they are. She ran Broad Street for the first time in May and after a lot of knee and foot pain accepted that she needed to get a pair of sneakers with supportive soles. She now owns (and loves) New Balance, but it took her awhile to get used to the chunky sole. She blames it on barefoot training at Lithe since she likes to feel her feet touch the ground. For shorter runs or cross-training, she's in lightweight Nikes all day, every day.

Rachael also loves the Nike Dunk Sky Hi because it's a blend of casual and cool and the ultimate studio-to-street accessory. She says, "When I wear it I feel like such a bad-ass, but a laid-back, approachable bad-ass. I can also actually run in it and this pair is perfect for catching the train or making a flight. I like bright, funky things and feel like I am constantly walking the line between Katy Perry and a 3-year-old. Hi-tops give me a legitimate excuse to go crazy with prints and colors. They make me feel like an off-duty Victoria's Secret supermodel. Add aviators and a faux leather ball cap and I'm channeling Alessandra Ambrosio casually dropping by La Colombe."
